Our original studio, tucked into one of Louisville's most walkable neighborhoods. Guests can grab dinner or drinks a block away and roll in for cryo and sauna after, which makes it an easy anchor for a bachelorette weekend or a birthday that turns into a whole evening.

Our newest space, on the ground floor of the Current 812 building on Main Street. Southern Indiana finally has a recovery studio that does not feel like a doctor's office, and it is fast becoming the "wait, what is this place" stop on a Clarksville night out.

Best for: corporate and team events, bridal parties, birthdays, and anyone in Southern Indiana who does not want to cross the bridge.
