What if I don't use them all?

They're good for 12 months. Use them throughout 2026. Plus, if you're joining the challenge, you'll be surprised how fast you go through them. Last year's winner attended 39 sessions in 3 weeks.
How many passes should I buy?

If you're serious about competing: 16-20.
If you're joining casually: 8-10.
If you're already a member: 10-pack add-on gives you flexibility.
Can I register now and buy passes later?

Yes, but we recommend buying during the sale (ends Jan 11) to lock in the best pricing. You must also have at least 8 cryo/sauna passes in your account before the Challenge starts or your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
