When does the presale end?

The presale runs until all 100 spots are claimed or until the studio opens late April — whichever comes first. Founding spots (40) and Charter spots (60) are sold simultaneously. When they're gone, they're gone.

What does "rate locked for life" actually mean?

It means the price you pay today is the price you pay every month — forever — as long as your membership remains active. Even as our regular pricing increases over time, your rate never will. Founding members lock in at 20% off; Charter members at 15% off.

What's the difference between Founding and Charter?

Founding Members get a deeper discount (20% vs 15%) and a larger retail credit ($30 vs $20), but commit to a 6-month minimum. Charter Members have a shorter 4-month minimum and can use their membership at both the Clarksville and Louisville locations. Both tiers have the same lounge access, guest passes, and member perks.

Can I customize my membership services?

Absolutely. While our standard memberships are built around cryo + sauna (our most popular pairing), we offer custom memberships if you'd prefer a different combination of services — like sauna + Normatec, or any other pairing — at the same pricing. Just reach out and we'll set it up for you.

I'm nervous about cryotherapy. Is it safe?

Completely understandable — and very common. Our team walks every first-timer through the experience before they step in. You're in control: you can stop at any time, and your session is fully customized. Most people are surprised by how manageable (and energizing) it feels. If you're still unsure, come in for a tour before committing.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership activates when the Clarksville studio opens late April. Your retail credit and Recovery Ritual Kit (if applicable) will be waiting for you at your first visit.

When will I be charged?

You'll pay your first month today to secure your membership and lock in your presale rate. Your recurring billing cycle begins on opening day — so your first full month runs from the day we open. Billing continues on a 4-week cycle from that date forward.

What are the "~4 visits" and "~8 visits" estimates?

Most members do cryo + sauna every visit — which counts as 2 services per visit. So an 8-service membership works out to about 4 visits if you do both each time. If you only want one service per visit, you'd get 8 visits. Your sessions, your way.
